Here is an incomplete list of the forms and information from our current Pathfinder Manual.  We will continue to post the appropriate pages for you as time allows.  You can also find the forms listed on the calendar on or near the day they need to be sent to the Conference Office.  Please let us know if there are any forms you would like to have posted on the web and we will try and fill your request.
 

Complete Pathfinder Manual

Every year in October there are several forms that are required for your local Pathfinder Club to turn into the Conference office.  The annual forms are:


  Pathfinder Yearly Application
         This form must be signed by the Pastor, and appropriate board members listed

  Pathfinder Staff Registration
         This form lists all volunteers you will be having help you through out the year.

  Pathfinder Club Insurance 
         Mail form along with a check for $4.00 per Pathfinder and volunteer involved with your club.

  Pathfinder Staff Application
         This form should be filled out on all volunteers helping your club thoughout the year.  The Pathfinder Committee by-laws require you to fill out this form every year for new staff.  Every three years all staff must fill out the Application form and the three Reference forms.  The next time that all staff must do this will be the 2008-2009 Pathfinder Year.

  Pathfinder Staff Reference
           This form needs to be given out to the local Pastor and two personal references.  These forms are not to be seen by the volunteer who is working with the club.  The evaluator needs to mail the forms into the conference office.  These are distroyed after they are read by the Youth Director.
 
The Pathfinder Council has put together a calendar for the next several years.  The calendar is tentative, however.  So, as we become aware of changes we will let you know.

  Pathfinder Club Yearly Inspection Form is to be filled out by the Area Coordinator, Youth Director or Pathfinder Director you choose to come and inspect your club each year.

  TLT Application  & Recommendation Form
         Teen Leaders are expected to fill out the application & three recommendation forms EVERY year.  No exceptions!  There are some real benefits to your club to use these Teen leaders.  However, you must have them fill out the paperwork every year.
