What is a TLT?
The Teen Leadership Training (TLT) program is designed to challenge and empower the teen Pathfinder with new and increased responsibilities, while allowing them the security of a place they know and love.
Contact Indiana Conference's Teen Coordinators Keith & Shelli Hannah with questions or suggestions for our Pathfinder TLT's. Or click on the lantern for more resources.

What is Pathfinders?
The Pathfinder Club is a worldwide organization sponsored by the Seventh-day Adventist Church. It has nearly 30,000 clubs operating in 130 countries with a membership of over 1 million. The Pathfinder Club is an outreach program of the church reaching young people in grades 5 to10. The program not only trains the young people in the local church to accept roles of leadership, but reaches out to young people in the community, providing them with a place of fellowship and a place to learn more about our Savior, Jesus Christ.
Our goal is to provide our leaders with all available tools to help them in their ministries at the local church level. We hope that as you browse these pages, you will be able to use these materials to help your ministry. Our mission is to see that every young person we come into contact with, learns of God's love for them and accepts His salvation, He so freely gives.
