Indiana Conference Youth Department is launching a new link on the Pathfinder site!  We want to have a comprehensive site that will provide all of the resources available for the TLT program.  We will be updating it reguarly, so you will have the latest information available.
Mission State: The Teen Leadership Training program is designed to address adolescent developmental needs and promote leadership skills, enableing and empowering teens to become full partners in the mission of the SDA Church with Pathfinder adult leadership in a "shared service experience" of the Pathfinder ministry in the North American Division.
Requirements:                                                      Be in grades 9 -12, and submit application which has been:                                           1. processed and signed by the sponsoring Pathfinder Club Director                                           2. recommended by the church pastor                                           3. registered with the Conference Pathfinder Director                              Application to be renewed, accepted, and registered annually.                              Actively participate in leadership skill development assignments.                              Personality traits promoted by Christian ethics and the TLT Pledge must be an                                        integral part of the participant's lifestyle.
